Synopsis
Tom Good is having a mid-life crisis thanks to turning
the ripe old age of 40. He and his wife Barbara make the
unusual decision to leave their middle class lifestyle and
become completely self-sufficient. They grow their own
fruit and veg, keep livestock in the back yard, make their
own clothes and even generate their own electricity from
manure.
It’s the good life for them – but not for Margo and Jerry
Leadbetter, who live next door, and are desperately trying to
maintain the status quo of their fancy suburb of London.
This recent, witty sitcom revival taps into issues that
resonate now more than ever. The characters get
themselves into and out of hilarious situations with warmth,
generosity and fun and will delight audiences of all ages.Tom Good is having a mid-life crisis thanks to turning
